Daniel Coldstar: The Relic War was a pretty good book; however the characters were not well introduced. Later on in the story I started to understand who the characters were, but every time a character was in a sentence, I had to think back about who 4/5(38).
I just finished reading Daniel Coldstar: The Relic War and I am already missing Daniel and the other characters. I was swallowed up by the book and loved spending time in the worlds of the book.
The descriptions were so vivid that I felt immersed in the world of Daniel Coldstar - the beautiful, the heart wrenching and the mind-boggling world of /5(14). If you have a Civil War relic or a collection of Civil War relics that you would like to sell, then please contact me; I am always interested in buying new items.
I am interested in everything from individual items to boxes of miscellaneous dug Civil War relics. Relic is the first book in the Pendergast series co-written by Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child. I'd heard of the books and knew they were highly recommended, but I never dove into them.
Recently, a blogger friend suggested I give the series a chance (thanks Mae), so I 4/5. Those are all great books. I also have many others including a book on collecting old locks, several marble ID books, many bottle ID books, the Stanley Phillips books on civil war relics, 3 different books on revolutionary war and colonial era relics, and plenty of others.
